into the cracks

If you are on a social network, this message is for you.

For those of us that use social media as a means of only communicating with a small, closed group of people, this isn’t a common problem…

but for people like me, however, it is.

We tend to accrue followers/fans/lovers/likers/etc and in all of that, we tend to forget some of them here and there. It’s easy to do no matter what platform you’re on. I have to remember that, no matter how unimportant they may be to my agenda (ha! like I have one…), people are people and need to be cared for.

If you have someone on your list that hasn’t been spoken to, try not to let them fall in between the cracks. A simple click on the @reply or a click of the [like] button (but not too many) is all you need to let people know that you’re thinking about them and you appreciate their lives…

I mean, that’s part of why we get on social media — getting involved in the lives of others to make something great (or a profit at least).
